Can't wait. Is it going to be made out of EA3?

My LHS says they are getting the parts kits TODAY. But, when I talked to Horizon, they said they will be shipping customer orders in late Sept. Dealer orders would likely ship within (get this) " 'two weeks' after Labor Day weekend".

We'll see.

The 8ight looks SICK!!. It handles rough tracks really well, watched Adam Drake TQ about 2 hours ago with one at the RC Pro West series in Clarkston. Will ask him tomorrow what compound the chassis is. Any other questions? I will be leaving around 7 am PST, so I will check before I leave.

Is there any site that cover the race that we can see pic/videos from it?

It will be in one of the newer Xtreme RC magazine as Skinny was there racing. Drake won with the 8, He also won the gas truck. The 8ight is NOT ea3 anywhere, it is tottaly different. looks good in the rough, and seemed to be pretty tough, the track was ROUGH by the end of the 45 minute A main after an entire day of mains.

Greg Vogel from RC Driver drove the 8ight at the pro series in NY. I have to thank Greg for letting me try it out at our home track also. It really is an awesome car!

A lot of teams/drivers did not go because of recommendations like this and others...

It has been 2 weeks for almost a 2 monthes...

Actually, I just got e-mail that the spare parts are already in the shop and the kit should be arriving real soon.
I just hope that I don’t build too much expectation and I will be disappointed.

Spares? What shop? I've got a race in about two weeks and no buggy.
