8ight TE 4.0 front center dog bone length differences
My son was going through his 8ight TE 4.0 and noticed significant wear on the front center dogbone.
we just bought the truck used and we have quite a few spares with it. As we sorted through, we found 3 different lengths of what appear to be front center dogbones. The one that came out, was right in the middle. We found one in an original package, marked as a 3.0, that was about 5-8mm longer. We also found a shorter one, maybe 8-10mm shorter than the one he took out.
I compared these to the ones I have for my 2.0 and mine have the CV on the one end.
Any ideas on what the other lengths are for?
