2019 Xray XB4 conversion to MT
Hey all...
Anyone ever converted an XB4 to a monster truck... Or close?
Got a race chassis in fantastic condition, and want a basher for rougher terrain than the race set-up allows. So looking to lift the car and run larger wheels all round.
If anyone has suggestions I'd be keen to hear them!
Cheers.

You probably would need the driveshafts, shocks, springs, shock towers, body mounts and wishbones from the XT4 to do this. There may also be other parts that you will need but it may not be that cheap.
See https://teamxray.com/xt4/2/en/#1 for the details of the XT4 and there should be a manual somewhere that you could spec out the parts from.

Thanks for that... I had the truggy, it was still a little low for what I'm looking to achieve.
May be best to sell the chassis and buy a purpose built MT.

I just finished a conversion of a xb4 into an xt4. I think the arms are a bit weak to run larger wheels and tires typical with an MT build. Honestly the XT4 is a blast to bash, but I'm looking at the vorteks and rustler for a cheap basher that's cheap to repair.
If I was going to drop some serious money on a MT build I would go with tekno.
