Default Oxidized tire rubber brand new truck

Hey folks just took delivery of this machine about 30 minutes ago and upon unboxing I find that all the robber on the tires is oxidized. Not such a huge issue but straight out of the box I was just wondering if there's anything I can do to clean them up a bit? I have plastic distillants, all sorts of goodies just looking for suggestions.

Those tires are fine. All natural rubber tires of the softness of an RC tire will have that bit of white dust, its not degraded the tire. A quick wipe down with some soap and water or simple green they will be black again.
