Hey guys! Thought I might share this with you all. I recently bought a hobbywing xerun xr8 for my Tekno et410. I had some performance issues so I decided to call the hobbywing tech line. Charlie, the head Tech Guy for hobbywing, answered. He was actually in the middle of axial Fest, which is the biggest crawler event in the world. Charlie actually answered his phone showing an unknown number to answer Tech questions in the middle of the biggest crawler event in the world. Wow! That's customer service
