So after some hard thoughts, I'm thinking I'm looking for a nice Mini Truck or Monster Maybe traxxas or tamiya... I'm just really wanting somthing quick on the streets and stuff but fun to jump curbs and take into some short grass occasionally for home use.

Thoughts are greatly appreciated...

get a traxxas bandit, or if you want a monster, a stampede. some are cheeper than the prices you mentioned, plus, since its traxxas, you can definatly find replacement parts and upgrades.
