Is this tread design meant to replace their evil twins? The truck versions were discontinued, buggies next?

That pin looks a tad bit on the large side for a blue groove track....but oh well....I'm interrested to see how it works.

is it the R3 compound?

I agree 100% so it looks like im sticking with Pink tapers.Those do look to be a bit better then holeshots on Bluegroove however.

Default I Tested Um ....

I ran um back to back against Losi pink & red taper`s...

In comparision, the Inside Job

side bite = more
forward bite = more
smoothness over bumps = same
rotation = smoother

There`s more traction available with the Inside Job ,so I had to make some adjustments to the set-up so the car would steer & react like I needed it too...
also
I really like the "locked in" traction and feel of these tires...

Race um tommorow....

thanks for the update. I'm looking forward to trying them out myself. I'm amazed that you are already running a tire that hasn't come up on any forum (that I know of) as a new product or on Proline's site as well! Can you pass us the part number for this tire? I was upset as well about Proline discontinuing the Evil Twin for truck and I feel that the buggy tire isn't too far behind. I know it was asked before, but were you using R3 or M3?

Yes, they arrived just last Wednesday at TRCR...

1/8 scale Inside Job`s are a hot ticket !

They perform great on dusty surfaces....
