Is there a consensus on the best body for this truck? If so what is it? I tried a search but just found a bunch of noise. Larry at Kustom RC Graphics says he paints mostly JConcepts HF2 bodies.

Whats the "Go To" steering servo for this truck? Will a buggy servo do or something with more torque?

I’ll be running my SC6.1 mainly on carpet. Should I replace the ball diff with a gear diff?

They are on the parts tree with the shock rod ends. They should have come with your kit if you bought it new.

Questions?? SC6.1 ROLLING OVER ON MEDIUM BITE CLAY

Has anyone had trouble with the truck acting top heavy and rolling over upside down even with tires that for sure are not getting to much traction. I have tried a few bodies lowered to where they even barely rub the tires at times, my sc5m I can attack the corners.
3 and 4 gear stand up tranny.
Medium bite clay

Any ideas

Switch back to a layback. Make sure your ride height is 26 and make sure your camber is right.

I have a really well equipped T6.1 and I'm considering a conversion to an SC6.1. First question is would this be a good idea or does it make a lot more sense just buy the SC6.1 outright? From what I've seen on YouTube videos it seems a few have gone in the other direction. If I decide conversion is the way to go I will post in the wanted to buy section to get the parts I need. Maybe one of you reading this have what I would need to make this conversion and we could make a deal. Thanks

Default SC6.1 set up for loose bumpy surface

Hello everyone first time thread user hear so forgive me if I do something wrong. Just picked up an SC6.1 kit with everything to do the 3 gear stand up trans, last car was an original sc10 so I am looking for a bit of advise on setup for a loose bumpy track. I have my wheel/tire setup situated but need guidance more for the rear pills (toe, pivot width, roll center and anti squat) as I have never been able to tune this much out of the box and would like to take advantage of this for my specific track conditions. Not really sure about the front kick optional caster and knuckle height either, not too manny people desire a tune for loose bumpy surface anymore with today’s clay/carpet/turf tracks so I am finding the info hard to come across (or I am not looking in the right place) haha

For those of you running a gear diff in your Associated 2wd vehicles or SC6.1 are you using the 91782 o-ring on the planetary gears? The instructions say it is a tuning option but not used on the kit build.
