Sadly the more you adapt the truck to carpet the better it gets. I have gear diff, longer turnbuckles, 0/3 ride height on the front, laydown, aluminum hubs, and brass bulk and c block and hard arms and rails.
When you say "0/3 right height" are you referring to the caster hat bushings? 0 on top, 3 on the bottom? Or is it the other way around? I picked up a roller and have the gear diff laydown, idler, brass bulkhead, steel chassis weights and thicker shockoil in the way.

Default Gear diff fluid

When using a gear diff, what wt fluid do most use? I believe my b6.1 came with 4 or 5k but I'm noticing in some of the setup sheets for the t6.1 people using 10k. Is it normal to use a heavier fluid in trucks?

The taller wheels have more leverage on the differential so thicker oil is needed to retain similar driving characteristics.

Yes you want to make both front and back as high as it can go. So 3 busking on the bottom in front and in the back 3 axle height, both spacers in front of hub, and 3 on diff height. You are trying to get your geometry as correct as possible for the ride height. Note it'll look great on turf and rubber carpet where you run about 19-21 depending on the track jumps, turns, etc, but on foam carpet there's nothing you can do to get it to look tight at the 16-18 we run at. Nothing binds though, even on tracks wheth there is almost no need for rear suspension and I run 15 on SCT nothing will bind. I honestly think the whole 6.1 can go down to 12-14 before shit goes south lol.

Default Anti roll Bar

What's the difference between the B.1 and T6. 1 roll bar hardware? I see the differences in the bars themselves but I'm not seeing what's different in the hardware to mount them? Can the buggy hardware be used on the truck?

I am using 15k in mine on carpet track. There are setup sheets on associated web site that really help with information to start with

they aren't the same, the truck hardware comes with the blue collet which has bigger inner diameter for the front bars which are all larger than the buggy front bars. The buggy hardware comes with the black collet which is has a smaller inner diameter.

I figured something had to be different seeing how they have different part numbers. Thanks!

WOW is all I can say about this truck. I have never ever built a kit and put it on the track and it's 95% perfect. This thing is literally the best handling rc car I've ever driven. After the main, I went to the hobby shop and bought a SC6.1.
Here's a running video from the first night out with it. I started 3rd and finished 3rd. I was .2 tenth off hot lap and had the best 3 consecutive laps, best average of 5 & 10 laps. I just need to eliminate some driving mistakes...

Ok so I finally got my truck set up for carpet. Gear diff with 10k fluid, laydown transmission, rear shocks on the front of the rear tower, 45 wt oil up front and 32.5 in the rear, steel chassis weights, brass bulkhead, stiffer springs up front, Front and rear sway bar, front is thicker. I'm having a hard time keeping the rear planted, it wants to slide out too easy. I removed the rear sway bar which helped but not enough I've also gone up and down on the ride height 18-22 mm which doesn't help much. I'm running about - 1 camber front and back. Any tips to help with this ?

I am running a weird roll center in the rear...for the link on the rear camber mount run the middle hole with 4mm of shims under it. I am also using the #2 diff height with yellow rear springs and orange front. You can also glue the outer side of the front tire. Add a small amount of glue on the face of the front tire and work it around with a qtip.
