Sawback on the rocks - River trail
Took the Sawback and the Berg down to River trail .
Wanted to get some wheel time on the Sawback .
I hooked the trailer up , hauled the berg down and then unhooked to cruise around for a bit with the Jeep .
Tried a few lines on the rocks , the truck works pretty good . I was impressed .
the tires were not bad here , pretty high traction between the boulders .
A fun truck , Different then my chevy for sure .
Nice to mix it up .
The new driver suits the truck perfectly .
She seems to do pretty good with the jeep .
Needs a make over and a name though .

We had a stellar weekend here , the temps came up , ice and snow melting like crazy .
Lots of water on the trails !
A group of us headed to ORP for some afternoon fun .
We had a g made Sawback , a couple of scx 10's , hooked up with some other buddies as well .
A wraith , Turtle truck and a sweet 10 wheeled recovery rig in the testing stages .
Sweet to see that thing in the water .
Seems to work pretty good all around .
We tried to get some shots of the sawback mostly .
Looks great and is working awesome so far !
Started out with my driver but she fell out in the mud .
needs to clean up .

Another blast of nice weather , On the trails we go !
Lots of water , deep puddles .
JD didn't have a rig on this trip but came along anyway .
He didn't fall out of the tree in case you were wondering .
Playing in the mud and water , puddles on our way to the rocks at Harvey Passage .
A great spot to mess around , just don't lose your truck !
In the next vid I'll show you my new leash !
We had a G-Made Sawback , An Axial 2012 Rubicon and My Axial chevy .
All rigs are waterproof , a mix of systems and motors .
Good times and a great evening for a run .

Part 2
Urban Assault 6 - Spring Fling

The 6th time I have assembled an Army of RC addicts and headed into Downtown Calgary .
Again the weather was less then stellar but again we broke the attendance record .
58 rc's and over 60 people .
We assembled in the Princes Island parking lot , headed into the core by way of the Center street bridge , lower deck .
We encountered no resistance !
People with Cell phones out , taking pics and vid as we made our way through the city .
Lots of Smiles !
We are heading to the transit system , the C- Train .
We can make some quick progress if we use this method of transport .
A great time ! Thanks to all that came along !

CTG - Thursday night Tough Trucks

A couple runs from the last Thursday night Tough Truck competitions at CTG in PM Hobby .
SS Louie rocks the course with his clear chevy . Took the win for the night easy !
Also a sweet G6 rig on course !
Work it out !!
My buddy Colin shows us some cool Putty , Crazy Aarons Thinking putty.
The one kind is actually magnetic , the other is a real cool blend of colors .
Check it out ! See what you can make with it .

Losi Mini comp crawlers on the Rocks !
Alright , This time it's a couple of 1.9 class rigs .
losi mini crawlers , couple tough lines for the little trucks but overall these little rigs are pretty capable !
These babies are modified like any comp rig .
Chassis , motor , links , wheels .
Some of us run the pinion gear from mini revo to overdrive the front .
Terry runs the Hulksta tranny in his .
