ok fellas, im off to lake powell for the last horrah for the summer.

i received another nasty letter from the landlord. they want our check no later than the 5th of the month. this means that key fees MUST BE PAID BY THE 1ST. they have reached the end of their rope, and we absolutly have to apply to this rule if we want to stay where we are. end of story.

i will not have access to phone/computer till next saturday, so do what you have to do to make it happen. i am also not opposed to raising key fees to $125. or something like that to generate a little more cash flow. talk it out. the future of the track depends on it.

Hey Guys -

I wanted to drop in and re-introduce myself, I dropped by the track on Thursday to meet and chat to a few of you. I must say, boy have things changed since my Trinity EVO 10! I spoke with Mario on Friday and he mentioned to me the track's possible future. I still asked him to go ahead and get some gear for me. I'm really looking forward to getting back into the hobby since leaving it quite some time ago.

Again, thanks for the warm welcome on Thursday!

Ryan, I agree, but there needs to be a sence of urgency about our situation. And my being out of town does not help. I have service here in the marina, but I do not know what will happen when I get out on the lake.
