Already done with Calculus...it can't be!! I had 4-ish semesters of it (THIS time around...never mind the semester and change of Business Calc in the '80's) and I'm not even an engineer!! Maybe you're a prodigy . I can describe and analyze the Calculus in detail...actually DOING it gets a bit bumpy for me even yet.

Weylin, you will be IMPRESSED with both the quality of the facility the Denver guys have created and by the quality of the racers themselves. I was fortunate to spend 5 days down there racing the week before Christmas...and I'm counting the days until their 2-day in March. THIS is a great group!

No no I just dropped calc because I don't want to be an engineer . Besides how'd you know I was in engineering anyways?

I'm certainly excited to get back to some good onroad racing, it's been a loong time since I've had any fun onroad club racing.

I try to keep this quiet, but I'm God. Don't tell anybody. I just drive like a hack to keep from blowing my cover...

Looking forward to seeing you out there Weylin. Thursday nights are usually pretty good for 13.5 rubber. I'm not gonna make it out for a few Thursdays because of some vacation (skiiing and then Vegas), but I'll probably make it on Tuesdays for practice. If you want to spend some time practicing to dial your car in, usually one of us is up there pretty late on Tuesday working on our stuff.

Well I hope I don't have too much of an issue dialing my car in considering I grew up on rubber tire carpet racing, but thank you the offer is much appreciated . How late are people sometimes there on tuesday? Unfortunately I get done with class at six on Tuesdays.

I can't think of a time we left any earlier than 11PM on a Tuesday, so you'd be able to get several hours at least.

Rev: It's probably more like 65k for me alone.

I am going to be moving to aurora in march, I heard there was an indoor track at the fairgrounds. how late in the winter do they run there? and what other races are there in the area? Can you race every weekend? or is it more sparce?

They (CORRC) raced at the fairgrounds last year. A significant rent increase for this year led to them seeking space and opening the permanent track they enjoy now. So no more fairgrounds racing.

Check our corrc.org, there's all kinds of info about the club and our track there. We've got an indoor carpet track at the moment, and are working toward securing it for a long-term commitment, as well finding a permanent place to run asphalt during the summer. There's also some pictures of last year's track at the Fairgrounds, which was spectacularly huge.

It's nice to see more racers moving to the Denver area. :-)
