Wow, nice cars guys, I really like the autocross/roadrace types. I started autocrossing this past summer. The bimmer guys need to check out www.corner-carvers.com if you aren't already on there. It's mainly a Mustang site but for some reason it seems everyone eventually buys a bimmer

I do have a question though for all the 11.99sec 1/4 mile cars and quicker........where are your cages? Last time I checked the NHRA and IHRA will throw you off a track after one pass without one going those speeds. I only run a [email protected] in my mustang and I am required to have a 6 point in mine.

Not trying to start anything...just curious......

On parachutes it's sub 10 sec. cars, along with a ton of other safety items.Your cage has to be approved, after market axels, bell housings, driveline loops, its a very long list.. On the Chevelle I had i followed the list right up to the chute..it's a street car,I would have felt like a total dork driving around with a chute on my car.. But if I had planed on racing it at the track i would have put the chute on the car..they are not hard to install and dont cost that much.I had not really planed on street racing either,Just got stupid when i built the car..well the motor. When i sold the car it still needed paint and interior, but it had $19,000 in the running gear..just ran out of money and time..

Great!!!!! I got a German Spec BMW 320i. I been planning to get her shipped back to the states after my tour here as is. After that, then its gonna be a lot of performance parts added if the wallet can hold up to it......... But how the heck I skip over a Mustang?

i have a 21 point in my cutlass . you think a 10.80 run isn't cheap try a 9.60 run all season . we run super gas . you should have a 8 point cage in there .
