Masa,

Do you have anyone other than Mr. Suganuma to take orders?

I do not wish to work with him, but do enjoy shopping at your
site.

Masa,

I am looking for parts bags A, B and C for Tamiya F103RM.

Please let me know the current part numbers and pricing so I can place an official order.

If you send an email to the below email address asking for specific parts or part numbers along with the destination they will be posting it to, you will generally get a reply within 24 - 48 hours. They are closed on a Monday but open all other days.

[email protected]

I have never had a problem with them and always receive my gear within 4-7 days.

Hope this helps everyone who is posting on here waiting for a reply that will probably never come
I just send emails to [email protected] but i never get a reply or maybe they don't use that email anymore?

When I last spoke with Masa, he stated that will be moving to something new but couldn't say exactly what just yet. He said for help in English that I would need to talk to Hirotaka Suganuma in the future. I have delt with Suganuma-san a few times in the past and he is very good. Since Masa is gone now he could be very busy. It's easy for me though since I live in Japan I just pick up the phone and give him a call for my orders

Where is the store located? I would love to go and check it out. I am stationed here at yokota. Always looking for new places.

It is in within walking distance of the JR Yamanote line Akihabara stop. It is hard to describe exactly how to get there. But, I remember that there's a Jonathan's coffee shop on a nearby corner. I am not from Tokyo, speak very minimal Japanese, but was able to find it. Print out a Japanese map like the following link. If you start to get lost, just ask someone and they'll at least point you in the relative direction.

Thanks for the update. I am going to have to find it. I have heard of a lot of stores in Akihabara area. Just haven't had the chance to make it yet. This is definitely the first stop though. Thanks again.

Hi,
I will scan a map I have for you this weekend. There is actually about 5 major RC shops in Akihabara that are all with in walking distance from the station. I am stationed in Misawa but I got to Tokyo about once a month. There are even a few factory racers that work at the shops there.

Have you raced at Yatabe Arena yet? If not you must go there to race! By far the best place I have ever raced!
