Approx 100x48 grey ozite carpet(our specific carpet only used for this race)
AMBrc/Rc Scoring Pro
Tables and chairs provided, please bring smaller extension cords or power bars

Touring stock 17.5
Touring Mod
12th Scale stock
12th scale mod
World gt 10.5
Wcics scale spec 21.5 mix of cta/usgt/gt together
Tamiya mini spec Orca/Sky motors
Formula 1 21.5

Touring car classes require the use of " our handout" sweep 28 tires @35.00 a set
12th scale stock and world gt require purple stripe spec tires (racers to provide their own stripe tires)

Entry fees:
1st class 35.00
2nd class 20.00
3rd class 10.00
4th class or more are 5.00 each
touring car tires again are 35.00 a set we will have for sale at the track!

http//www.wcics.ca/register.php avalible on the wcics.ca web site as well,
please register as this will give us a good indication as to who is coming for pizza Saturday and also have your transponder #'s to add in the register site

Schedule:
Friday Feb 3rd 2017
3pm doors open/no practice till track is complete then open practice
6pm registration starts/tire handout for touring then after payment
9pm Driver meeting/show and shine/practice till 10:15 doors close at 10:30pm

Saturday Feb 4th 2017
Doors open @ 7am with registration and practice till 8:30am
9am qualifying starts(three rounds , resort after every round)
6pm hoping to be done with Pizza supper brought in!! Price TBD per person
open practice till doors close @10:00pm

Sunday Feb 5th 2017
Doors open by 7am practice till 8am
8:30 Mains start(triple a mains/ double b to z)
Then take the track apart and clean up!

Additional Info:
Door prizes by random draw
50/50 draw
Fast food and other places very close to the track
Drinks/Snacks will be track side for purchase(honor system)
Pizza supper with drink and homemade desserts for Saturday evening(price to be determined)
The Randy Weichel award to be voted upon as well

Our local store Remote Control Hobbies in Regina is getting some things together for us as well!. Thanks to the owner Derek and he is also a club member(woop,woop).

Hey everyone!
Well we are just a few sleeps away!!!
The forum has been pretty quite but I hope your all looking forward to coming.
For those of you who have not been since last year,well there has been a full median installed and the one set of lights taken out so you can't make a left hand turn coming down thatcher from the hotel!. Please be legal and don't pull a uball at the lights on main st.

This is a easy simple legal way so please take this route.
leaving the Best Western or Ramada follow the road North come to Favel transport is a yield sign continue straight past the hospital and to the lights at Main St, turn left onto Main St to the lights at Thatcher turn left then your first right into our service road entry.

Leaving the track you can go right on thatcher and down the road turn at Tim Hortons and the hotel is there. Just please leave the hotel and follow that road around till the lights and know one will get an illegal ticket. Just trying to save you.

Well around 27 hrs till we have an open track!
To those of you traveling any distance tomorrow please take care!
When you get into town check into your hotel and then head to the track.
Again from the Best Western or Ramada go north past faval transport(YIELD SIGN THERE) past and around the hospital to the lights then a left takes you to thatcher another left onto thatcher and immediate right into the golf course.
The city just changed the intersection recently and are watching close so no uballs!.
Trying to save you honest! its only a couple minutes to the track!

Also watch for cops by the BW Hotel. They sit by Rock Creek and watch that stop sign for full stops and speeding, don't they Jim Chapman?

I was disappointed at the lack of wcics racers that came from out of province, but good to see Jim and Dale make the trip out to show support.
