I think Franko is correct. No way they're giving you the motor unless the entry fee is $150+. I'm sure Keith would be willing to sell you the motor if you want it.

There will be a recommendation when you are given the motor. You can tune your gearing and timing as desired. These will be a batch of motors Specific to Overgeared. Not prototypes.

No the motors will be kept by Overgeared. They will be used in the About R/C Racing Touring Stock Class in our winter point series at our club racing events.

Prepare your car to run a 3.8FDR-4.0FDR this is the starting point! We might put in a different rotor compared to the IIC handout motor because of diffrent tractions and carpet.

So we can't run any motor for stock club racing? Or is that a different stock class?

Club racing any motor will be allowed. But to be a part of the About R/C points you must run the orca.
