well as funny yet embarrassing as it is, this grown man was told by his mom his butt was going to be at the table for thanksgiving dinner.

Why were the rules changed for 1/12 from 17.5 to 13.5 and touring tire rule from 32shore to open tire so close to the event? Disappointed to see.

Because they are trying to come up with a rule set that will work for everyone. The problem is coming up with a compromise between 4 groups and 3 organizations that all run different rules.
