Thanks to member Brian Serneels for creating the page for us, which includes the most recent photo of the layout for the track!
In preparation for the 2 Day Coquitlam Classic Event, CAMRC is hosting a Work Party/ Club BBQ at the track Thursday July 17. Starting at 4 30 pm, we are preparing the track area and surface for the big event. Free BBQ dinner is offered and will be served starting at 6 30 pm. Light work is involved like weeding, lawn mowing, and putting up pieces of the back wall, and filling in ruts.
Darwin Wong and Colin Pasco have maintained the track this season and it s beautiful, so admittedly there isn't too much heavy lifting to be done!

CAMRC is hosting a silent auction to support the club, at our two day race event.
The event, to be held at the track on July 20, will be held to directly benefit the club. If anyone has something to donate for this, please pm the board directly. We will gladly pick it up! DOES NOT NEED TO BE DIRECTLY RC RELATED.
All monies collected will be used in the purchase of equipment needed to ensure that the club can run successfully next year and in the future.
These needs include: Computer Laptop, Lap counting system, Generator, Tents and other surface maintenance equipment. If anyone has any of these items to donate out rightly to the club, please pm the board directly.
Thank you!
As an update, the club has received a generous donation from Dan Schellenberg- Stratum Systems of a new laptop. We are extremely grateful to this community member and his company for this generous donation! Presentation to be made at the 2 day race event, on the Sunday July 20.
