***Important Announcement Please Read***
March Madness Mar 20-21 is still a go.
If there are any changes, we will notify all racers and spectators as soon as possible.
We have less than 250 people at our event, but that does not mean health and safety precautions will be ignored.
We all have family and friends to care for.
We need to be responsible with our shared space in the church for everyone's well being.
Sincerely, we would like to ask you to not attend our event if you:
-are sick or feeling unwell
-have travelled to an at-risk area as per the Government of Canada
-have been in close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19
We may screen for body temperature at our event. Please stay home if you’re not feeling well.
This is standard etiquette: Please practice safe sneezing by covering your mouths and wash your hands frequently.
Schedule:
Friday March 20th: Setup begins at 8PM, please come help if you can, practice until 12AM
Saturday March 21st: Doors Open at 7AM, Registration until 8:30AM, Racing at 9:30AM sharp

MARCH MADNESS POSTPONED

*** March Madness postponed***
With the heeding of local and federal governments to stay home, avoid gatherings over 50 and even the US government suggesting households with 10 people are a hazard, we are proactively, regrettably CANCELLING MARCH MADNESS March 20-21.
Yes, we are postponing the March Madness race. We will be making announcements for the remainder of club races in the near future.
This is short and long term planning for OGR. We wish for everyone to be healthy and safe.
Please take care, check for updates with the health departments and news. We hope to be racing soon without jeopardizing health and safety and look forward to announcing the make up race dates for March Madness.
