With all the classes.... Long day I assume?
Hey everyone,
I haven't run in a JBRL event but want to catch some of them this coming year for sure. I would assume that with so many classes, the day of a JBRL event is from the a$$-crack of dawn 'till late into the night?
What should someone who is new to the events expect as far as the time commitment involved (exclusive of any practice days leading up to the event) on the day of a race?

local races are always over 200 entries so 7-8ish pm,far races usually 155 and plan 1-2 hour travel so 9 ish pm..
all well worth it when its all said and done..

You get to go home early if in the lower mains. As a pit dad, the e-main means we can go home earlier. Back in in the socal raceway days, we got to go home after 11pm. The turn-out was huge and that meant a long night. Also, back in those days, cutting the comm, discharge cells and charging kept you busy. Now with lipo and brushless, waiting is the only thing to do.
