Default 2010 J.B.R.L. ELECTRIC OFFROAD RACING SERIES

......2010 Jimmy Babcock Racing League........

Hey guys well its getting closer to that time,people start getting geared up for the 2010 season,people begin switching teams,sponsors etc.
I myself have teamed up with team KYOSHO AMERICA for the 2010 season and have already begun racing mod buggy(been about 10yrs since i raced buggy) and the car's are amazing,so im looking forward to this years racing..

I will be racing mod buggy,4whl and truck,lets hear what you will be running this year..

It's still early but jimmy has new rules,racing venues,class,date's etc so i think myself and everyone else is ready for some bench racing..

Jimmy will be on as soon as he has a free minute and bring us up to speed and will update his site JIMMYBABCOCK.COM soon with the 2010 racing schedule..
I know WESTCOASTRCRACEWAY.COM has been added onto the 2010 season maybe even two stops there i hope..

let the bench racing begin..

The only way you could do it without totally wrecking yourself mentally and physically would be to have a car for each class...I've seen Nick Lasley run 5 classes and he never stops, no time to relax at all. That makes for a non-fun day IMO. And if you break? Forget about it.

If you have another car then I can see it making it alot easier for sure.

Cool Happy Holidays

I for one look forward to 2010 JBRL racing season as well! I'll be taking the first couple of months off after Jan 1st to prepare for the arrival of my daughter but my wife assures me I'll get to race the JBRL this year....

Hopefully they Run MARCH and APRIL at WestCoast and OCRC so no weather problems for the first part of the season. I would love to start the season at Hot Rod but last years weather got in the way and it isn't fun rescheduling work for the JBRL!

See you all in a few months.....

NO i learned after reedy that 4 class's are to much and all you do is run from track to pits to turnmarshall then back to pits.
i would only run 3 well 4 cause shortcourse i just do for a time filler and for fun but notsure how it will play out mod stuff or ss or little of both..

Default jbrl

I might try a cpl of JBRL races for the first time in 2010. What gets checked in the tech area? I've never raced where my vehicles have been checked, I just do some club racing. What advice can anyone give for a noobie to JBRL? Thanks
