we must think a lot. i have been thinking about rally RC racing for the longest. but more 1/10 or 1/8th scale. but 1/18 is good. and most of my ringtones are super mario brothers!!! funny!!!
...about that area fenced off next to the Off-Road track.
Well...sort of another thought.
I'm still really kean on the idea of making a small off-road track for mini racing. But using that area up with a combination of dirt and paved.
You can run 1/18 and smaller scale stuff on it. My idea really crystalized when I was watching the last day of X-Games 15 Sunday afternoon...
Running 1/18th scale rally cars. I think it would be cool. It would make it so you don't have to plow the large off-road track to make a rally car track since you wouldn't be able to have the same features and jumps for a rally car. Somethings that's a mix of dirt and pavement (half n half). Maybe is sounds goofy but I can't get it out of my head (along with, oddly enough, the Super Mario Bros. theme). Go figure!
There are a few tires out there that would probably work for this too.

I started thinking about getting it for a ringtone. I miss some of the old ringtones I had with my old phone. I haven't customized my iPhone enough.

just a suggestion
someone said that the phone number is a cell phone , i called it one day and got a fax tone. my only wish is that they would put in a land line, i'am looking for a amb transponder in two weeks.and will be looking for a new charger after that, what i'am saying is i would like to give as much business as possible to westcoast rc,(they provide a place to race, and i would like to support it as much as possible)however i live in arcadia and i know there are plenty of hobby shops along the way, i would need to know right away that they have the product.i saw the racers edge charger, thats my next charger.but i will need to know they have it the day i'am looking(i would be game waiting on one if they could get it in a reasonable time)i'am only making a suggestion, not trying to step on any toes.

Yeah i was also thinking about rally racing that sounds like a grand idea but for 1/10 scale or around that ball park, we should also have a spec class for rally racing, like u have to use rally inspired bodies with pirelli T tires that HPI racing sells in either a D or S compound tires. with 17.5 or 27 turn motors or if we can somehow connect the small rally track to the big one that be good too.

Crazy, i actually spend a day workin and i miss all the drama. I personally am stoked, it took 1200+ post before a negative one. what is that .01% - Awesome!!

now were back on track for a good thread.
NEW LAYOUT IS AWESOME!!!
Change is good. And the traction is off the hook. Its a really technical track and the elevation changes are a ton of fun! 2 triple sections too!
i threw down a 26.8 with my SC10. Not sure if thats fast for the new layout or not but i will sure find out tomorrow night.
hopefully two heats of open short course again.
