If you show up Notch is really good on finding you a class so you can run...as for having a complete heat, its far few and between when they have a full heat. Mine has been sitting on the shelf for a few months now.

You might be in luck for the next 6 weeks as people are getting ready for the reedy race so more might pop up then normal....for now

It would be cool if WC could just let 4wd buggy run in open mod buggy for club racing. It's not like a "normal" driver in 4wd buggy is going to be as fast (or faster) than the good 2wd drivers regularly there for club racing.
They will. I am the only guy that shows up with the 4wd ready to run and Notch puts me in a class every time I am out there. Unfortunately it is not always a 4wd buggy class but I don't really care, I just want to drive it. If more would show they would have a class, only takes 4. If less then that he puts you with another class. I ran with the 2wd pros last night and they still lapped me twice :-) But I had a blast and ran my best times ever.

Thanks you as well. I really had a blast as the cars were both really dialed so I could just work on my poor driving skills.

B is really getting better. I am very proud.

Maybe, for 4wd, you should see how many guys have Axial EXO Terra Buggies and try to get them out there too.

I love watching 4wd buggy, personally. Very fun to watch. Have a few friends who run them too and i'm planning on getting myself an EXO soon too.

Saturday was so damn fun. Got to bring my buddy out for his first visit to WC. I'm really glad he wasn't turned off to WC by the guy that plowed his B4 with an 8th scale buggy then laughed and proudly commented on breaking his B4 on the driver's stand right next to him. WTG douchebag.

Wish I coulda brought my new XXX-SCT out but unfortunately, I stepped on it Friday night and, exceeded the maximum allowable weight limit on it breaking off the front end. Whoopsies!

Really nice seeing Danny if only for a few minutes and getting to spend time with good friends and have a great night of racing. Got taken out of my A-Main in the first 2 laps.....story of my life.....had a screw loose.

Also great to finally put a face to Scott Kelly after lots of forum chat and meet BlueBerry, Art with his new SCTE, see the Kincaids, bullshit with James, and watch Jason Dias show up seconds before the mains start and show us all how an awesome racer does it.

Cheers and hope to see you all on Wednesday for pre-turkey fun.

B.

Mains were bad last night. qualifiers were good for me. RT5 was nice and planted for the mains, just didn't have the motor to keep up. What are the K-Car guys running for gearing in an RT5? Running a Shurr Speed Motor in it with a 76/28, and it is painfully mediocre, speed wise. I may flip my motors and put the Shurr Speed in the RB6, and the Orion Pro Stock 2010(grey can) in the truck to see what has better top end in a heavy truck. I also have a VST Pro Stock 17.5 I can throw in there. I was noticeably slower then a lot of other trucks out there.

Gimme some time, Am working on getting a ZX5-FS2 SP. Should I throw a 6.5 Orion in there? I want to be ballistically fast. 4-wheel drive back in the early days at OC/RC was my class, Still pretty good at it from driving a friends B44.1 a few weeks back.

Been working on getting my xxx-4 out of retirement and my last issue to address is the 10 year old slipper design that does not seem to deal with the new breed of motors very well

I have a xxx-s spur without a slipper arriving tomorrow so I may be able to get out there for the turkey dash on Wednesday or Friday race night if that doesn't work out.

I hope my relic is still a contender!

Awesome. I run 7.5 but you could run 6.5. I love my car right now and running with the pros was the best thing for me. I ran my fastest laps ever. I was so nervous when Notch put me in that class but it was fun, I stayed out of their way and ran smooth.
