I always love how they come back and play the victim after they said they shipped something but then said they didn't....

I'ts our fault they are liars.

Be nice. He was very sick. You would think if you were hospitalized twice for an illness, you would at least know how to spell it.

Well, glad to see Racer1812 took care of him as he's done with many before. It does suck that you may be out your money. Tough lesson learned. As time goes on theives get smarter. Get one happy transaction so they can get you on the next one and for more money. There is always some pos looking for an easy deal or something free. Just have to research before you buy.

Just a little update. My money was successfully returned today. Had to fight with google, they said they have up till 90 days to make a decision. After all the evidence I sent them (screen shots) they said it was still inconclusive. Total garbage, I then went off a little saying this is why people use paypal and would rather pay a bit to have the piece of mind ... amongst other choice phrases.

In the end I got my money back and all is well. Lesson learned about wallet vs paypal. Thank you all

As a buyer who sends money through paypal for "Goods or Services", you have automatic fraud protection. If the item is not as described, or damaged, you can log into PayPal and open a dispute. PayPal will investigate and attempt to get your money back from the seller OR they will eat the cost and pay for the return themselves.

That's it in a nutshell.
