I don't understand this comment to a BUYER, and you're not the first person to say it The 3% fee is a SELLER fee, it's not the buyers responsibility to pay it, EVER.

Perhaps if the last guy who had a problem with him would have used the feedback system, you may have though twice about dealing with this guy.

My gut says it's an easy call. But history says it's not..

His other thread issue was something that OP took 6 months to post about, and the guy has had nothing but positive feedback ever since....

poncec23, how did you pay him for your first deal, the one that went well, PayPal?

First transaction was with Google wallet. And that was flawless.
Second transaction was also with Google wallet. This is the one I'm tell you about now.
So you can see why I went ahead with the second transaction.

When I posted, today (2+ days after your said you were going to), you still hadn't left feedback.

Did you have more than one deal that went bad? No, then obviously you can't leave more than one negative

I know it's a sellers.lighten up. I never said the buyer needed to pay it. Read the words I wrote. Not how you understand what I wrote. I made a general commentt that avoiding paypal isn't worth it. Looking for alternatives cost in the long run. But not ever did I say buyer should pay sellers fees.

So finally he texted me and this is what was said.

(1/4) Hi chris i just got home yesterday and seen you called and text and started a dispute and talking on rctech. Im very sorry that my health is a bit more im (2/4) portant to me then you. Im assuming you want your money back so i called Google wallet and said to return it. Wjen you put the disclaimer on my account it (3/4) takes 10 days for them to dispute the charge back. I have nothing more to say. Im very disappointed that you think i would steal from you but somethings (4/4) are more important then health to some. Sorry this went yhis way take care you should have your money back soon.

Bottom line he never even sent it and my reply...

So bottom line is you never even sent it and you have been lying this whole time?

You said you were at the post office. Your wife said you sent it and had a tracking number and it would be here by Friday last week. Now you are saying it wasn't even sent!

So apparently because I called him out I don't deserve the car that I paid for. He won't issue the refund and I have to wait for Google to take the funds back...
