Phil,
Man this has gotten out of control.... If you can send west ham utd a copy of the shipping receipt, then we are all done here. Then you two can work together to track the lost package down. If you haven't shipped it then you still have a chance to make things right with him. This really doesn't affect any of us other than him directly but this makes buying, selling, and trading harder for all of us. This thread is nothing more than contemt for people taking advantage of others, which is the appearance here. Personally, I really don't care who you are since the appearance is you are a theif, so I am sure these were wasted keystrokes. Good luck to you... whoever you are...
P.S. - my condolences on your father

i agree with you.. things were cool with me and mike.. i did mail out his package.. and it was my bad that i goofed on the first mail out, i sent it to austrailia. the guy did send it back and i emailed mike and got the right address. so i sent it out to him.. i also told him it went out via usps 4-10 days. weight was 2.4pounds and cost $22 to ship.
i always kept in contact with him and tried to ask the p.o. about the package. i told them the other party (mike)nt received it yet. there was little they could do.. i even had to fill out a customs slip!! the reason i flammed him was the paypal thing. they had emailed me about a complaint filed... i know things arent to great with this deal, but i have never cheated nor lied nor stole anything here... and then i get these instigators who dont know the whole story trying to say,, oh you thief, liar, etc....
believe me, i have been trying to find out what the hell happened to the package. im just done with this whole thing.. but this jamescam guy, whoever you are, what the hell is your problem????

So now where does this go? Is there anything else that can be done to get this straightened out? Is there another trace that can be done for the package on both the US and UK sides? I would hate to think that a package like that could be lost, I know an envelope can be lost easily but a package is much harder to lose, that box has some miles if it went to Australia... I really want things to come out good for both parties... I am not against anyone here, just hate to see anyone get hosed. Did you insure the package?

no, i did not put insurance on it...
i will still see what is going on at the p.o.
all i have is the shipping receipt, and the copy of the customs form....
tell you what.... i know it has been awhile and west ham has been more than patient.. if i cant find a solution from the p.o. by fri... i will paypal his $$$$ back and or another kit.. i'll contact him and we'll find a solution..
but back to jamescam.. cant wait...
