I think for PayPal protection you're supposed to ship to the PayPal address.

Default Hmmm...

To be on the safe side I would only ship to PayPal confirmed address. Any other address you are risking it.

You are protected if you shipped to the address on file. I will ship to another address if the person buying has good feedback, otherwise it ships only to the shipping address on file.

I think you guys should split the costs of shipping if he had requested it originally. Shouldn't cost more than 6.00 to ship a motor.

No way I would only ship to the paypal address.. Otherwise he can say it wasn't shipped to him and you'll be out.. If he changed his address he should've updated it so he should pay to ship again and only if the new address is verified

yeah he has good feedback I just feel that I shipped to his listed address and don't think I should have to come out of my pocket because he hasn't updated his pp info.I agreed to split it with him since its gonna need to be sent priority because he is needing it by the weekend and I already sent it priority the 1st time.He is saying its totally my fault and he isn't responsible for any shipping cost

When did he send the PM? before or after you shipped to the address listed on PP??

He should have contacted you about the address as soon as he sent payment. Even if he did there's still the issue of shipping to an unverified address.

If you have the motor I would refund his money and be done with it.

That's a thing with PayPal and eBay. I work for a company that ships and if they send us a address and they put wrong info, its not on us it's the buyers fault for not providing all and correct information.
At least you have things worked out.
