What was this? a rtr that you put the "kit" chassis or a kit that has some rtr parts?

Besides the shocks what other rtr parts are on this?

It's a race roller,I took my cf shock towers off and threw the rtr ones on it....this truck is absolutely like new

guy e-mails me yesterday and says he had a death in the family and he will ship it out or return my money. tell him either to overnight it or send my money back. well no truggy or money so i will now file a claim with pay pal.....

Refund sent...my brother was killed in snowmobile accident and crap was crazy, I emailed and said I would ship this past monday and he wanted me to next day it..no friggen way would I next day to California shipping would be insane and I already sold dirt cheap..I lost my brother I didnt give a crap about anything..

I have an issue with the way this truck is being advertised. The seller makes it sound like the whole truck is only a week old. But based on the link to the "parts lot" the conversion and listed parts are new but the drive line is from a truck that's pretty well "used" to say the least.

Pretty safe to say this truck got resurrected from here and isn't being advertised as such..That's an issue to me.

Not that this really has anything to do with this deal, but I very recently made a purchase from BANGIN1 and everything went perfect. I didn't get any tracking info, but the truck arrived quickly and was 100% as stated.

Matter of fact, I've dealt with both parties involved in this deal. Pretty sure I dealt with Ralph Brunt when he had zero feedback. We did a trade. My RC8Be roller for his RTR SC10. He shipped first without hesitation and everything went perfect in that deal too.

For two people I've had great deals with, I hope you guys can work everything out.:nod:

As far as the questions about the parts lot and the truggy. I was given a reasonable answer to that. Even if it may look "funny" I told him to reply to this thread and will let him do so.

Now that I'm not on my phone, Dennis (bangin1) i understand the death in your family but, when you offered to ship or return the money, i as a seller would have done anything i could to please the buyer after stringing him out do to your personal reasons. You said it cost too much to overnight the truck, i understand that, what i don't understand is why you have not sent the money back???

Then you come on here and tell us all you have sent the money back, you and i both know that is a lye...

i gave you my phone number in the email i sent you for a reason. if you would use it maybe we could work something out.. i wont dye over 350 bucks and my online reputation is sure worth more than that.. google my name and you can see i dont hide behind any screen name....

PP seems to hold money for all sorts of reasons these days, that may or may not be the case here, being that it involves a dispute as well as a refund? I honestly don't know.

So his bank has declined paypals attempt to get the money from his account...Dennis man up and give me my money..

The only way paypal would not be able to withdrawal the money is if the seller went to his bank and took out a stop order against paypal, This is deliberate so they buyer can not get his money back from the seller.

yes that's how the process goes

i called pay pal and they said they contacted Dennis and he approved the with drawl from his account. Pay pal requested the money from his bank but, he has insufficient funds. so as part of the process they will give it 3 more days and if the funds are still not available they will pay me and start legal action with him.

bangn1 you are a theif, you could have just returned my money but you have decided to STEEL my money..
