I made a transaction with another person. The seller shipped the item but the packaging was poor so it came open during shipment and item got lost, all I got was an empty envolope. The seller was very decent about it and refunded my money no questions ask. Do you think he should get + feedback or should I leave netrual and say shipping was porr but refunded money.

As long as you didn't get a bunch of bs from the seller, once you told him/her what happened, then a positive is well deserved. They refunded you and took the hit, which is a big pill to swallow as a seller. It's nice to see they value their reputation more than the money they made off of you.
