Default FrenierRC got me for 95.00

I sent this joker 95.00 for an RC18TB2/T2 http://www.rctech.net/forum/r-c-item...-team-kit.html. Since then he won't respond to Pm's even though he has been on line several times after the Pm's were sent. He has acknowledged receipt of the payment so I know he got it. This is the first time I have been ripped off and it sucks because this was to be a birthday present for my kid. Here is where he acknowledges he was paid. I hope it's all a misunderstanding but not responding to thee Pm's on whether he shipped it or not speaks for itself.

1.http://www.rctech.net/forum/private....&pmid=10034063 No response.

2. http://www.rctech.net/forum/private....&pmid=10038785 No response.

3.http://www.rctech.net/forum/private....&pmid=10041370 No response.

I'm filling a dispute with paypal. Watch out for this guy.

Finally got a response after posting this thread and opening a paypal dispute. http://www.rctech.net/forum/private....&pmid=10044513. Looks like it will all work out. After three days of not getting any response and him being logged in every day what else was I supposed to conclude. When I receive my stuff I will leave positive feedback. I do apologize but like I said what other conclusion could I come to at that point.

did anyone buy from this guy again? because he had a thread up a couple of days ago. i think it was something like " huge vintage sell off ", or close to that title. i noticed that he took off the thread, because i can't find it.

if you look at his profile you'll notice that there's a dude wondering where his yokomo buggy was, that he bought from frenierrc. just recently i hunted down that guy and told him that this guy was sellling that very buggy that he never got. he confirmed the photo from the recent frenierrc's for sale thread.

this got me thinking about this guy. and you put the 2 together...now i'm wondering who sent money to this guy for this latest vintage stuff he had up "for sale".
