Thumbs down Slotrc horrible seller

I really hate to leave bad feedback to people but sometimes I really don't understand if people have morals or standards.

I purchased the "Mugen Factory Lola bodies" and some other parts from him on this ad http://www.rctech.net/forum/showthre...6&page=1&pp=30.

He told me it's going to cost $15 to ship because the bodies were to big. When I received the package I noticed he only paid $5 to ship. I got disapointed but said whatever.

After a week, I go to paint the body and notice its NOT A MUGEN BODY BUT A SERPENT. I PM him telling him that I really don't need serpent bodies. He offers to refund my money for only the bodies($20) and he will pay ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES BACK TO HIM, NOT $15 THAT I PAID TO GET IT SHIPPED. The bodies cost me $30 shiiped but he willing only to refund me for the bodies $20. I asked him why I need to end up paying for his mistake and not get a full refund on the bodies and shipping that I paid for.

I really don't understand people sometimes. It was not my fault. If he had advertised it as Serpent bodies I would never purchased it from him and I would have never paid the extra $10 to ship it. I think he made a mistake and he should be a REAL MAN and cover all the costs.

$10 is really not a big deal to me but its the principle of it. Why do I need to lose any money for his mistake.

I gave him enough time to make this right but he decided not to answer my last questions that I PMed him.

here is the last PM I sent him but he will not respond

Why would you not refund me the $10??

It was your mistake right??

Why do I need to pay for your mistake??

I really don't understand how you could make me pay for your mistake...

And you say this is fair??

All I wanted is a full refund for the bodies $20, shipping the bodies to me $10 and shipping back to you .. I think that was more than fair. That $15 I paid for shipping should have only been $5 any ways... YOU OVER CHARGED ME $10 ON SHIPPING!

You come up with unreasonable offers to resolve this matter and you expect me not to get aggravated??

Very Disappointed!
Gary

Even giving the benefit of the doubt, that he accidentally mis-identified the Serpent bodies, it is 100% HIS mistake and he should refund 100% of the money you paid him PLUS the cost of return post.

You make a mistake, you pay. It's called responsibility.

fwiw,

Scottrik

your right $10 isnt alot, but it is when its a 1/3 of the total, and esp. when he was ripping ya on the shipping in the 1st place.
