lol, only the person named on the credit card can reverse charges. If the credit card company knows you are a scumag and wont pay they will still let you continue making charges as long as you keep your account in good standing. They would never ever ever reverse charges on their own.

Paypal loses money when charges are reversed so they wont just up and do it without a legit request from the CC company.

I called paypal today and talked to a representative about the issue of the reversal and they said it was stopped by my credit card company so I then called my visa card provider to see what was up and they said the charges that were made were significant and was not under Anthony Ballard, so I tell them that the purchases were made by me. the response was that the account that was recieving the money was not in my name (its in my wife's) and that they tried to contact me about the charges and got no answer, so now I gotta get the money to Guo Chean to resolve the issue so I will contact him at 9:30 to talk about getting this deal done.

Not trying to stick up for Anthony, But I have dealt with him in the past and everything was well. At least he isnt avoiding anything. At least he is replying to questions and trying to do the right thing
