That is true....no need to post so many threads....all of the posted threads can simply be in the existing thread like this DRIFT NEWBIE
My suggestion: Go any meet the guys at Stadium underground, they for sure will help you out. Furthermore you can see all your chosen chassis live in action so you can decide which one you will be buying.
To answer your Q's regarding budget: It all depend on you, you can get away with $400 if you are not buying the high end new stuffs.
Anyway good luck with your finding....and welcome to the R/C world.

These budget topicis subjective..
Ask urself what do u want for ur rc..
Then start surveying the price of every single item tha u hv in ur list
Add it up..see if the total cost suit ur available fund..
To someone like me maybe TT01 is a beginner chassis
But to someone else maybe Yokomo Dmax or Tamiya VDF is the chassis for them to start as a beginner...
So its all up to u on how much u willing to spend...
Cheersss

As mentioned earlier, you dont need to start six threads asking the same topic. Better stick to one thread only because it's difficult for others to answer ur questions. Well, many have answered your q's regarding what kit to buy, which kit is better n at what range of budget u need so i guess by now you should have an idea what to have.
If you are still unsure, i really suggest that you need to come to stadium underground circuit n try out the drifter's chassis which i assume all the brand you have mentioned will be used there. Again they will not kidnap you instead they will even teach u to drift using their chassis instantly...
So good luck bro.
Cheers...
