Have purchased kits and other stuff from model flight with no issues, I'm in Perth. They seem to be a fairly big mob, with distributership for a lot of stuff too, so it's unlikely that they would have shafted your or anything... definately something up with the post?

They're a good bunch of blokes. Its more than likely that Aus Post have dropped the ball rather than the MF boys.

ok i found the problem i rang them up again and i asked them to prove that they sent the item and the bloke that answered the phone froze and got his manager to talk to me . i thought that was odd and after the brief conversation he apologised and ask me for my address so i gove it to him and he said ill send the products out to you soon . I guess they forgot about my order

Order was not forgotten....

Australia Post is never a great method of freight for any items, let alone RC Items. We stronlgy advise customers (budget permitting) to use express couriers. In regards to your claim, we have replaced your items at no cost to you. We have since taken up claim with Australia Post for the motor as was dicussed with your mother on the phone - this will be delivered to her work.

Incidentally your initial order was shipped 4 hours after your phone purchase.

We apologies for any inconvenience!

Hey Stasi.

I have been a MF customer for 15 years or so and they are a great bunch of guys down there and i am sure that it was an AUS post thing......in fact i remember having lost quite a bit of stuff via AUS post over the years

MF is one of the best! I am sure it will get sorted

I returned two GM speed controls over two years ago for repairs and have never seen them since, I did contact Model flight on several occasions to be told that they in shipping and several other excuses. Previous to this I have purchased several items from them and was very happy with the service but due to the last problem I find I will use them again.
