G`day,
We have 2 tracks, an on-road and off-road.

The Club is situated behind the Logan Kings Soccer Club on Meakin Road at Kingston. On road racing is on this coming Saturday night and the off road is on the following weekend (sunday).

Cheers

Not yet, end of October I think it will arrive. It is anyone's guess. I have new tyres and a new body for it already, but no truggy to put them onto.

Hi Justin, your more than welcome to join the club mate, there is no age restrictions. The membership fees for a junior are about $25 for a year, however if you join now, its only $12.50 for the rest of this year. You don't have to be a member to race, you can just rock on down on race day and join in on the fun. There is lots of friendly racers who will help you out on the day. The race fees for the day is $7.5o for non-members.

Our next race day is this Sunday the 21st if October and every second week after that. See ya there Justin!

Hi Justin,
Junior membership is half the full membership price so that would be $25.00 for a full year and $12.50 for 1/2 year. Race fees should be $5.00 for junior members and $7.50 for junior non members.

Come on down and join in on all the fun, you`ll love it.

Cheers

Congratulations to Adam Lynch taking the honours in truggy at the inaugral
Gold coast Cup. I Managed 2nd spot for a Meakin 1,2. High speed, High grip,
& ultra smooth = 24sec. laps = 45min Amain = over 100 laps.
Highlight was a 1 lap, top 10 shootout with great prizes for the winners.

Kudos to you Darrell mate for your fantastic positive, pro-active attitude out there this weekend. From your water/loose dirt sweeping to discussing important club improvements with the club commitee, you have served Meaken Parks reputation with great honor.

Whack on a 14tooth or higher clutch bell and hang on for the ride of your life! The track is a blast! and the organisation and comradery between the great dudes running the show is reeling with even great things in the future!

To the Goldie dudes, I will back every 6 weeks to play truggies with Zane, Aston and that other fast dude who pipped me by 1.5 secs over 1 10 min qualify race to snatch pole from me!! oh and also the dude who got a podium finish after qualifying 6th and pipped me in the shootout by 0.3 sec. :-D

Over and out.

What Adz said. The pictures on the web-site dont do it justice. Its not overly
Challenging but if you ever want to experience a high speed open track then do what Adam said, Hang on for the ride of your life. I think they were a little
dissapointed in the numbers. If you can remember what we were like in our
1st year of racing then they did a pretty good job. Maybe a little inexperienced, but It certainly wasnt for lack of effort as they went all out with great prizes etc. If your like me and get a buzz out of seeing new people to the hobbie having a great time. then they certainly did that.
Hopefully well see a few of them at Meakin soon.
Darrell

Well done boys for the great competition , i'm glad you enjoyed the weekend and thanks for your input and advice on how to improve our track and event , we hope to see you again soon , and we are planning a road trip up to your track to return the favour but going by your performance we will get our buts kicked . Ads you are Truggy man , you got into the rythem from the start avoided the early carnage and cleared out on everyone . Our guys now know how much they have to step upto the mark to be competitive with seasoned racers . Thanks again and hope to see you soon .
