ooouch! that is expensive man!

just imagine when you come back to tourers micheal.....YOU'LL NEED TO SPEND $3500 TO GET UP AND RUNNING COMPETITVELY!

plus you'll proabably be looking at very low 19'2 high 18's top qualifying times. by the end of the year a 21second lap will be slllllow .....somebody pass me a dremel

I only got my fuel for $10 a litre to run my $700 engine, what did u pay for your 4 Matched packs to run your $100 motor??

Come on Paul, face it, the nitro bug has bitten u. RC is actually quiet fun when u get more then 5 minutes run time hey?

roll on brushless motors!

then $50 batteries will run a $400 motor for 15min more like the nitro equation! but lap times will be 17's!!!

Contact, I doubt they will do 17s around Moorebank. This would mean they will match the 1/8th cars on club days - I think not.
To add fuel to the rubber vs foam debate you sparkies are having, I'd love to see an electric do 17s on rubbers -

oh i've always had a the nitro bug, some of my friends and i were the first people to race Nitro Tourers at MECA and ROORDA events way back, we had to convince Walter that there would be enough nitro cars to even make up a class!!! (back in the old days with NRS4's and crappy Kyosho tourers???)

and no cells are not cheap for electric cars, but they can last a long time and in some cases have very good resale value! Back when i us to run nitro tourers all the time i'd buy a Nitro motor for each MECA, i'd do anything to beat my friends back in those days! (i'm alot more sensible now..i think...)
