Default Help with spektrum module

Hey guys
So i bought a radio off a member on the forum, the deal was very dodgy and i didnt recieve the best quality item. He radio is a airtronics m11 with a spektrum module. Now befor i used this radio and its reciver in my car, i used my dads radio and reciver which is a different brand. When using his radio my car seem to run well. But when i used my radio and reciver my car only runs at what seems half speed. Turning is fine, but there is no speed. I then noticed my module had a hole, where the antenna is ment to be, so it has no antenna on it.

So my question is, could this be effecting the performance on my car?

Thanks keegs

Check the throtle EPA and make sure it is getting full power on your ESc or full movement on your throtle servo. (You did not specify if you have EP or IC vehicle)

They probably did the mod where the antenna is inside the radio, search for M11 spektrum mod, very common.

I think you're too quick to blame this person, you need to recalibrate your radio (reset end points) and check that the throttle EPA on the M11 is at 100%
