Can anyone tell me what the fastest motor /motor limit the ESC that comes in the RTR Team Associated B4.1 (XP SC450-BL) can handle?
My mate just picked one up and is after a bit more top speed.

13.5t reedy is the standard that comes in RTR kits, but it will handle down to 10.5t comfortably. Just do temp checks every 2mins on first outing with high output motors and you will be fine. You should be able to hold thumb on motor or ESC for 5 secs without burning yourself.
