If no boost/timing on ESC then high 40s or low 50s for rollout with a direct drive F1.

ROB your car goes just right..allover the corner but once its lined up LOOK OUT
I can honestly say I had more fun in the VTA race on the night, I'm glad I decided to race it. The Dodge went just like the full size ones - a pig in the corners but down the straight it was fast, the tires don't give as much grip as the TC ones but it was damn fun.
So who's up for the challenge to take on the lone Dodge "Sparkles" next week?

Cheers
Rob.

I may have to get brighter lights for it to put you off even more, or blinking orange indicating ones (hooked up in reverse to add to the confusion level)

Cheers

Default Modification

Just spent the day turning up special bushes for Daniel's car to set the gear diff up properly there certainly is fine walls .005 thou, a few remakes to stop it going through wall thickness. After all this I have just relised with making a spacer for centre shaft sliming down the other end would make it easier I hope. Will try that next weekend as te back is saying enough is enough .

Questions??

Has anyone ever run a TC3 in 21.5? My eldest son is thinking of joining us once in a while and will be using my TC3 and i'm after some tips re set up and especially gearing. I have an idea of what gearing he might need but I don't think it'll fit. Does anyone know what works?

Thank you in advance.

Tony

not sure if anyone runs one currently, i just downloaded and had a look at the manual, and you may be a little limited by gearing with the 2.5 final drive ratio.

Most people are running rollouts of about 60 or a little higher. your looking at about a 60t spur and a 45t pinion. Looks like it uses standard spurs it just depends on how much space there is for the pinion, and how much adjustment on the motor mount.

Beth.
