Hope that is cool with you all...
That's awesome Jim, was good to see you last night, and was good to be able to help out the fellow with the ta05 to get him into racing with us all.

Was a good night of racing across all classes, especially 21.5 & F1 with the front runners separated by 10th's & sometimes 100th's of a second.

Thanks to Trev, Linda, Caitlin & all the others who help out to make the night enjoyable for us all, and see everyone again next week, well those who won't be distracted by the racing at Bathurst on the weekend.

Cheers
Rob.

Great night of racing as usual. F1 final was fun.

Counting down the days until the new touring car arrives

yes it was a great night last night. Good to see so many novice and the battles in F1 and 21.5 were classic. Not many comments on Deans new spur on the track, that one small changed added a second to most time but what it did was to slow entry into the mid field were people seemed to end up on the straight. Next Friday is mini mania so bring out your minis. Do no how big the meeting will be with Bathurst on on the weekend but will see how it goes.

Can not believe it they have just said it will be a 2 day event even with lack of numbers, now have to see if I can get the accommodation for Friday night or just go for Sunday.

I put this in the wanted to buy section, but I thought I'd put it out here too.

I'm after a lipo charger up to the value of $150, would like something that charges at 10 amps or more, and has the usual other things like balance charging etc.
Wish list would include dual outputs & compact size.

PM me with what you have please.

Cheers
Rob.

See if you track down a second hand lrp/nosram stealth touch charger like I use. I have seen a couple for about that price. They are very robust and can charge at 12A. Downside only one port. Makes running 3 cars on one charger interesting...

I managed to get myself a skyrc dual 10a for a very good price, which will do the job of charging my batteries, along with saving some space on my table by not having 2 chargers.

Cheers

I've heard those Skyrc chargers are pretty good.

Default F1 Series Final Rnd

The Orange club is holding the last round of the F1 series on the 19th of this month and are looking to find out numbers of entrants so that they can cater for the event and also if people are planning on running other classes.

If you can let them know who's attending it will make their job easier.
If people are going up on Sat and they want to get together for dinner let me know and we make arrangements.

Well Linda and I will be up on Saturday but I'm only running F1

On another note. After Liam played with the settings on Windows 8 last night both computers are talking to each other the right way around this time after testing tonight, so we will be doing the tag team match again this Friday if all goes ok will go back to normal the week after. Thanks to the clubs patients over the last couple of weeks and a big thanks to you Liam for tech support

cheers

Trev
