Default Alternatives to Shoo Goo?

After finding that my tube of Shoo Goo is now Shoo Rock, I went out to buy myself a new one. Unfortunately I can't find it anywhere in Perth, so I'm looking for an alternative that I can get from Bunnings/SuperCheap etc...

Any help?

Cheers.

Try "A-mart or Rebel Sport" sports stores - they come in clear or black ($10-12)

Try Bostik multi bond bunnings have it and it works well but use thin coats as it can take the paint off

Got mine from Foot Locker..... so probably most of the specialty sports shoe stores will be able to help.

Good luck!

Make sure you use shoo goo or Clear liquid nails in conjunction with Gyprockers or plasterers tape which is meshed and sticky on one side it really strengthens any body.. like fiberglassing for lexan

Thanks guys for all the replies. I did try all of the local sports chains and the key cutters, but none had stock. Hell, the 16 year olds working at Rebel didn't even know what it was

Ausport it is then, cheers e-clip

Default Repairs

G'day Cobba, a couple of other fixes you may or may not want to try.I use 2 methods, 1, run a light trail of CA along the crack then sprinkle corn flower over it, repeating this until it covers the problem spot. Cheap and quick, This method does not add much weight. 2nd method: Use the brown sports strapping / bandage, it's difficult to get it to stick at first, some heat from a hair dryer helps, but once it is in place soak/ wet it with CA.the ca glue sticks it well to the body and turns it hard, offering good strength. I put small bosses/ gussets around the body post holes to add some durability and it lasts as long as original new body would doubling the life of said body. Hope i have given you some help, c ya.
