Default 2004 V.O.R.T.E.C Nitro Championships

Proudly Supported by

The 2004 VORTEC Nitro Championships will be held at the MRCCR Inc. track in Lilydale Victoria and have obtained support from DUDY RC Products.

DUDY will provide each entrant with a set of their standard edition ride height gauges and provide prizes for a raffle.
one set per entrant, std edition only, specifications may vary etc etc etc

This is an individual event, not part of the interclub series and hence is open to anyone, even those from Interstate.

As numbers are not capped, pre entry is required and entry forms can be found on our website HERE

The track will be open from 9am to 1pm on Saturday for practice.

More info on classes and rules can be found on the VORTEC site.

Hope to see you all there, maybe even some interstate guys.

Feel free to use this forum to discuss the event.

Really BK? Works for me. Once you get through 3 million popups

Anyone else having issues?

Actually Tripod seemed to have problems yesterday perhaps that was it.

OK to kick things off.

There are a few 'deliberate' errors on the entry form.

DUDY will provide a set of std ride height gauges to the first person to discover the error(s). The answer can be posted here or you can contact me in person.

Prizes must be picked up in person.

There is not set place or rule on publishing results but generally the club will put them on their web site if they have one.
How long the results stay there is up to them.

If your'e asking about this weekends results, check with the club, maybe drop them a line on their forum.

Default First Winner/Finals Length

The first winner of the 'spot the mistake' competition is....

Brett Campbell

from West Coast.

He noted that practice will not be on Sat. 29/10 it is actually Sat. 30/10.

Entry forms have been changed.

Also.

The length of the final is listed as 15min.

Depending on numbers it will be somewhere between 15 and 30 minutes.
While we hope for a lot of entries we still want to keep it a one day event, so final length will be set to fit the program in if possible.

It will be a minimum of 15mins and each class will run the same length final.

This is another reason why we are requiring pre - entering.
