I agree, the only problem we have is with the council, They like you to make firm bookings 6months ahead and pay in advance.

they then can beg you to undo your calendar or already have bookings on your night.(we are notified when this happens so am not excusing myself for last friday)

e.g. our next lot of dates for on road are as follows:
July 23rd
august 6th and 27th
september 3rd and 24th
october 1st and 29th
november 12th and 19th
december 10th (last meet for year) No real pattern to these dates, as you can see.


We are starting to look for another venue so that we can run saturday afternoons as this definately suits a lot of people better.

Again we dont want to clash with Steve but our numbers are currently, not that great.
Would be great to run opposite to Steve.
