We will have low staff numbers onsite Sunday due to the Sale round of RCG VIC Cup series, so no BBQ lunch will be available on race day. Drinks will be available onsite.
There is a Roadhouse 5 mins up the road that has some decent food so 45min lunch break will be called around midday to accomodate this (however easier to just bring some food with you and use the time to work on your setup or practice on the track).

Hi Guys,
Thanks to everyone for coming out and braving the cold. The track held up well today, and was back to its dusty self within a few heats. Mother nature was kind to us and the rain kicked in as we locked the gate.
Was a fun days racing and we appreicate everyone's ongoing support.

I came down for a look today and WOW! Bloody awesome. I have just bought a onroad electric car this week to get me started racing in the Mini class and carn't wait. But now i want a off road buggy aswell. Nitro looks like alot of work. Very impressed guys.

haha. thats what i though when i sore the dollars flying through the air. Oh and cart wheeling down the track. But would electric be the easyiest way to get started? where do you guys buy from and what a good beginner car?

RC Garage VIC Cup proudly hosted by Geelong RC Offroaders - 18th Sept 2011
Geelong are hosting the RC Garage VIC Cup this coming Sunday & we hope to see you all there.
Aiming to get racing underway @ about 9:30am to get everyone home at a reasonable time, so please get there a little earlier than normal.
Given there is 60 mins racing scheduled per RCG Class, Sportsman & Ep buggy may be combined racing, but calculated as seperate classes.

This coming Sunday 11/12/2011 is the last race day at Geelong for the 2011 season so LETS MAKE IT A BIG ONE!!!!
Classes:
1/8 buggy
1/8 Truggy
1/8 buggy (sportsman)
1/8 EP Buggy
Sportsman and EP may be combined dependant on number of entries, but it only makes the racing more fun/competitive!!!
Hope to see you all there and we can't emphasise enough how much we appreciate everyones input & support of our club, officially 1 year old in its new location!!!
