Battery Charging Methods

Hi Guys,
Anyone got any websites on how to 'properly' charge batterys and to discharge them? I got a charger/discharger from RMS
And gonna get a hump back battery and in the future two sticks for a starter box

Thanks in advance

Ed

LRP one from RadioModels.
$59 on special and got the dis-charger as well $26.xx
Should be here on Fri/Tomorrow.

Thanks Rudi....24hrs? OMG! New phones only need to be charged for about 14hrs.

Also can I run 7.2V through the Rx gear? would it damage the receiver/servo's? Or give them more power but at a shorter life span?

if your going to run 7.2, you will need 7.2 volt servos.
