i thought there was an association with rc and dunlop.. last year at the final showdown, david thexton (cough) was seen testing wheels that resembled dish rims.. now it all makes sense..
unfortunately for speedy, they didnt pay off.. forcing him to make yet another early trip home

thexton is my V8 Idol! i believe he is a 5 times Victa award holder lol

Default steve puts on a great race meeting, but are there any other tracks in NSW?

Hi cantona

Come to sunny Tamworth May 22nd & 23rd for the Tamworth Cup.
A lot of interest has been shown and promises to be a great race meeting. Bring all you mates.

Come and enjoy a great weekends racing on the 22nd and 23rd of May. Great country hospitality in sunny Tamworth. The best and possibly only purpose built 1/10 scale bitumen track in Australia.

who cares if the wing is painted or not, it doesn't matter and it doesn't exist in any electric rules - it is an insignificant blip on the radar so let's forget about it!

I think there are a few purpose built tracks around Australia!
I know of at least one!!

I would like to race at Tamworth again, but a flight to Sydney and a 5 hour drive each way is too much a few weeks after the NSW State Titles and a few days before the Vic State Titles!
Maybe next time!

Default Hi Cookie

There maybe the odd 1/10 only scale track arround now but a lot of the purpose built tracks were built to take 1/5 and 1/8 scale as well as 1/10 scale...............anyway it sounds good because there is a big lack of purpose built hotmix bitumin tracks in NSW............... We are going to the NSW state titles but like wise the VIC state titles are a bit far for us to go. We are getting quite a bit of interest in the Tamworth Cup now that we are getting closer to the event. I think it is going to be a really great weekend. Many thanks Cookie for putting the link to our club on your site. cheers and best wishes
