Default CDC discharger

CDC can only discharge up to 4.8 v per pack. Get a tray discharger that can discharge upto 0 volts.

Why would you want to ? .9V per cell is fine

.9V per cell on NiCads is definetly enough to cancel out memeory effect. Just never repeak NiCards after a race
