Default what setup station?

Ok im over using my eye, and rc10 camber tool and a set of verniers to set up my car. Im looking for a setup station. The only one i have really seen in the HUDY set.

What sort of money is the HUDY set and what alternatives are there that work as well?

contact rudi or tessin form racerspit. www.racerspit.com they sell em i think for 150 or 180.

don't go with the eagle alloy ones. they have too much play and are inacurate.

the hudy ones are very good but as carbon fibre said, the markings can be hard to read sometimes. I guess the one bad thing is that to measure caster, you have to "eye" it. I think the new kits now only come with one toe guage but again that is no big deal. I would also recomend you buy it overseas as they are much cheaper than what I was quoted at CMC. I think you can get it shipped here for around $140 max.

Also since I have had the unfortunate circumstance of losing one of front wheel plates, I now know all 10 of the spare part numbers that make up the setup station. I dont think you can get spares for the integy/eagle if you are ever stupid enough like moi...

But Integy don't come with a flat board and i also think they don't come with the droop gauges and ride height gauge, like the Hudy kit. The Integy set-up station is about $150 in Australia.

integy and eagle they are the same thing. they both have very thick degree markings which makes it hard and inacurate to use.

stick with the hudy ultimate pack.

also a small tip for hudy users, do the following to increase visability:

get a perm black marker, pass it over the lines then with a cloth or with your finger dipped in the very smallest amount of metho pass it lightly over the perspex.

or even easier:

USE A FELT TIP PEN (THE ARTLINE TYPE) and pass it across each groove. it stays and does not rub of unless you really rub it hard with ur finger. done. 20X better than the thick paint markings on the integy/eagle.

You can get an A&T one from most Schumacher stockists which is clear perspex and comes with two top toe plates (different cut outs which will get you round all body mounts) for around $105.
