Default Difference between 410 pro &410R

Besides the price, what is the difference between the 410 pro and 410R? I saw on the durango site a list of parts to upgrade but, are they really going to give you a 300$ edge ? Has anyone had both versions?
Thanks

Type of Materials used between the 2 versions should answer that $300 cost difference question.

From what ive researched the differences are as follows:

DEX410R has Aluminium Shock towers,PLastic side guards,Plastic front hubs, plastic bulkheads. But its also benefits are the new upgraded 2mm driveshafts and transponder mounts.

DEX410 has Carbon towers, Aluminium front hubs and bulkheads and side guards.

The 410R will be awesome value for money when it arrives which im pretty sure is not to far away. 410 is still a insane car.

Dan,

I feel as tho my "current setup"is the best to start with as the car is working on all tracks i put it on at the moment. Im more than happy to share it with you and everyone. Its completely different to box setup. Reason for that is box setup is designed for EURO tracks and is really stiff.

Rear:
Shock Oil: 25
Spring: Silver
(Outer hole at tower, middle hole on arm)
Diff Oil: 20,000 Venom
Hubs: Short wheelbase
Camber link: Outer at hub, inner and 2 up from bottom at tower.

NOTE: Stock shock pistons but had drilled all holes out 0.1mm bigger than kit setup. cant remember if kit setup is 1.3 or 1.4mm holes but mine are 0.1mm bigger than kit.

Front:
Shock oil: 35
Spring: Dark blue
(Outer hole at tower, outer hole on arm)
Diff Oil: 50,000 venom
Hubs: Standard
Camber link: Outer at hub with 2mm shim under ballstud, outer at tower 2 up from bottom.

NOTE: Also drilled kit pistons out by 0.1mm from standard. Refer to manual for kit piston holes front and rear and drill both out by 0.1mm.

I also run the brass weights as an option at the rear. Im running 1.5 degrees of rear camber and 1 at the front with roughly 1.5 degree of toe out at the front. Im running kit toe in at rear.

Goodluck, hope this helps.
