Hi Guys,

I am in Adelaide and Have my original F103 from the Late 90's Early 00's

Was originaly bought as the Lemans Trf but was last run as a F1.

Took it out for a run last year on our old carpet track and then was told that they are a collectors item.

However now they have released the 15th Anniversary one i see parts are becoming more available for them

Can you guys advise where the best places are to get parts from????

Also i like the look of the F104 Pro and Can't Wait to Get one.

Cheers

Daza

Hi Daza,

Plenty of places have ready stock of parts, I would suggest you look at these e-shops around the place mainly Asia but here are a few you can look up for a start!

http://banzaihobby.com
http://www.rainbowten.co.jp/english/
http://www.integy.com/
www.d-drivesportsenglish.com/
http://www.dinball.com/

A couple of guys at our track have already purchased the 104 I believe from Dinball approx 300-350 posted...

Good luck with it mate..

Both cars have their own characteristics Lone Ranger, The Purists will say 103 is better and in many ways its closer to the real thing being rear wheel drive, as for which one well that always depends on setup, gearing and tyre selection so far the 103 experience is a good one for me but I love the handling and smoothness of the 201. The 103 I would say in the hands of a good driver might be a tad faster ... the 201 fits (drives) like a glove and feels awesome in the wet! thats my comparison..

I hope they end up re releasing it now the 103 15th and 104 are out!

Just a site for you guys who like some nice screen shots for the PC

I had saved this site a while ago when i used to a lot of rendering myself in 3D Max. I used to do a lot of photoshop painting for Online racing games. Rfactor, Nascar 2003, GTR etc

This guy does some awsome renders of Racing cars,

Default F104

My Wife she will be buying me an F104Pro for my 40th(2 months away) I run a BMI so 2WD is definately the way to go for me. I want to run this car more for scale racing than competition.
What sort of parity would be feasable between the F104 and F201?
From memory some of you guys run a hobbywing system or 13.5 correct me if I am wrong. Would a 17.5 in a F104 be in the ball park?
Cheers
Brett
